What TicketDay is

TicketDay is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Glastonbury Festivals or See Tickets. TicketDay does not sell, reserve or provide festival tickets.

TicketDay provides practice simulations of ticket-sale processes. The simulations are based on publicly available information and are approximations. The real process may differ and can change at any time.

What TicketDay isn't

• TicketDay cannot affect your queue position in any real sale and cannot guarantee that you'll get tickets.
• Nothing in the simulator connects to any real ticketing system. No real booking is made and no real ticket payment is taken.
• Payment fields inside the simulator are for practice only. Use only the fictional practice card details provided. Never enter real card details or real registration details.

Paid access

A one-off payment of £1.99 unlocks unlimited full practice for the event stated at checkout, until the date shown (for Glastonbury 2027, until 30 April 2027). There's no subscription. As the service begins as soon as payment is confirmed, you agree that the 14-day cancellation period for digital content ends once you start using the unlocked practice. If the simulator doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.

Fair use

Don't attempt to break, overload or bypass the service. Access is for personal use and shouldn't be resold.

Liability

TicketDay is provided as-is for practice. We aren't liable for the outcome of any real ticket sale. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
