Refund policy
Haven't used it? Full refund within 14 days. Paid practice costs £1.99. If you change your mind before you've opened paid practice, you can have your money back.
Once you've used it
Paid practice is digital content you get straight away. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel ends once you open paid practice (the booking stages after the queue). After that we don't give change-of-mind refunds. We can see whether paid practice has been opened on a purchase.
If it doesn't work
If the simulator is faulty or doesn't work on your device, contact us at any time and we'll fix it or refund you, whether or not you've used it. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to get a refund
- Email [email protected]. For a change-of-mind refund, do this within 14 days of paying and before opening paid practice.
- Tell us the email address you paid with and the last 4 digits of the card.
- We'll refund the full amount to the card you paid with, usually within 2 working days of your email. Your bank can then take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
When a refund is made, paid practice access on that purchase ends. Purchases made before this policy changed on the evening of 28 September 2026 keep the no-questions 14-day refund they were sold with.
Festival tickets
TicketDay doesn't sell tickets, so we can't refund or change festival tickets. Contact the festival or its official ticket agent.
